Refund policy

All purchases are final. We do not accept any cancellations or changes after you have placed your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item MUST have been damaged during arrival. We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To start the refund process, you can contact us at happystrandsherbalgrowth@gmail.com. Do not ship the product back to us. Instead please include a picture in the email showing that the product was damaged during arrival. 

We will notify you once we’ve processed your refund. Once processed you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost please contact USPS to file a claim.
